Consulting Firm Specializing in Software Business Chooses Boston for Headquarters

Firm chooses Boston, Massachusetts, as its base to run international consulting business dedicated to software companies, IT departments and investors in the software industry

BOSTON, Massachusetts (MMD Newswire) December 8, 2011 - - Mondo Strategies announced today that it will establish its main office in Boston in the first quarter of 2012. Ernani Ferrari, the firm's chief consultant and founder stated, "We could have chosen California where most software companies are, but Boston offers an incredible opportunity for ongoing research and is a great birthplace for software companies. Given its proximity to New York, which is also growing fast in the software business, Boston provides us geographically with easier access to Europe and South America, where many of our clients are based."

The company reported that it sees the current slow market as a strategic opportunity for its business, which focuses on improving the organization and processes of software companies and specializes in internationalization, "an even more important opportunity for software companies today," adds Ferrari.

"Our company is small, and when we started in 2005, we did not even need an office until we contracted our first big client. Totvs is huge in Latin America and had us establish our first office in southern Brazil before we even had a place to receive visitors in the US. Coupled with the fact that I myself am Brazilian, our work with Totvs drew many other businesses to us, and today we have clients throughout South America and a second support office in Sao Paulo. Having worked with other multinational clients, including Microsoft and IBM, and assisted companies and organizations in countries like the United Kingdom and Colombia, travel has been a constant; but one of our firm's goal today is to become a helpful part of the Boston community," says Ferrari, outlining the company's past and intended future.
